The Evolution Training Academy
The academy addresses the skills challenge facing the security industry. It welcomes newcomers and seasoned engineers alike.
“We assess the skills levels and knowledge of every candidate when they apply to determine their training requirements, and then create a four-day training programme tailored to their needs.” Derrel Beasley, Technical Director.
New to engineering? Training covers basic circuitry, relay systems, lock and reader circuits, and hands-on soldering. Evolution also works with Skills for Security to offer apprenticeships in Fire Emergency and Security Systems.
